Over 30 exhibitors of hydrographic survey equipment and services are expected to be on hand. Please fill out the interest form and check Exhibiting for more information.

Sponsor Information

The various components of the conference that are available for sponsorship are as follows:

  • Continental Breakfast
  • Lunches
  • Breaks: All day coffee and tea
  • Monday Night Ice Breaker Reception
  • Tuesday Night Reception
  • Conference Tote Bags

    LL Bean canvas tote bags will be distributed to all conference attendees. The exclusive sponsor will have their company name and logo printed on the front of the bags.

Most of the components can either be sponsored in pieces (e.g., you could sponsor a breakfast for one day), or as an exclusive sponsorship (e.g., you sponsor breakfast for all four days of the conference), depending on the sponsorship level you're interested in.

Sponsors will have their logo or other advertising information prominently displayed during the sponsored event, in addition to one full attendee registration, and one half-page ad in the conference program.
